- Working Principle
Drive and Grinding Components: The motor drives the main shaft and the blade disc to rotate at a high speed (up to 7000 r/min depending on the model). The grinding blades and the grinding blocks on the screen ring form a grinding pair.
Grinding Process: Materials enter the grinding chamber from the feed hopper, where they are subjected to intense friction and impact by the blade disc and are further ground in the gap between the blade disc and the grinding blocks. During the grinding process, a large amount of air is drawn into the chamber, which helps with cooling, grinding, and transporting the fine particles.
Factors Affecting Fineness: The fineness of the ground materials depends on the material properties, the screen size, and the flow rate of the materials and air.
Discharging and Cooling: The ground materials pass through the screen and fall into the discharging device. The grinding chamber is equipped with a cooling jacket, and the temperature is controlled by circulating cooling water or other cooling media.
Collection and Filtration: The ground materials are automatically collected in bags by centrifugal force, and the dust is filtered and recovered by the dust - collection system.
