How it works:
The fluidized bed-type airflow pulverizer is composed of an air source part, feeding part, crushing part, product classification part, and product collection part. The clean compressed air provided by the air source part and the solid particles provided by the feeding part are mixed in the crushing chamber to form a gas-solid two-phase flow, and the supersonic air flow generated by the nozzle makes the solid particles collide with each other to obtain crushing, and then the particles that reach a certain fineness are separated from the crushing chamber by the grading part at the top of the main engine, and the product is collected and packaged by the product collection part.
