- How It Works Principle
The China customized crushing machinery unit uses the relative movement between the movable toothed disc and the fixed toothed disc to crush the material through tooth impact, friction, and material impact between each other. The crushed material automatically enters the recollection bag through the action of rotary centrifugal force, and the dust is filtered and recovered by the dust suction box through the cloth bag. The customized bottle-crushing machinery is designed according to the "GMP" standard, all made of stainless steel materials, and there is no dust flying during the production process. And can improve the utilization rate of materials, and reduce costs.
When the crusher rotates, the motor drives the spindle and cutterhead to rotate at high speed (different models have different speeds, up to 7000r/min). The crushing blade and the grinding block on the sieve ring form a crushing and grinding pair. When the material enters the machine cavity from the feeding hopper, it tightly rubs and strongly impacts the disc in the rotating airflow of the disc, and grinds again in the gap between the disc and the grinding block. At the same time as crushing materials, the crushing chamber inhales a large amount of air, which plays a role in cooling the machine, grinding materials, and conveying fine materials. The fineness of material crushing depends on the properties of the material and the size of the sieve, as well as the throughput of the material and air. The crushed material comes out of the sieve and falls into the discharge device. The machine cavity is equipped with a jacket for cooling medium, which effectively controls the temperature limit of the crushing chamber by inputting cooling water and other related cooling media into the machine cavity. The crushed material is automatically collected in a bag by the action of centrifugal force, and the dust is filtered and recovered through a bag filter in a vacuum cleaner. The machine is designed according to the "GMP" standard, and all equipment materials are made of stainless steel, ensuring the quality of materials, reducing enterprise costs, and improving material utilization. Currently, it has reached the international advanced level.
