PRINCIPLE MAIN

The powder material and the binder are fully mixed into a moist soft material by the bottom mixing slurry in a cylindrical container of customized high efficiency wet mixing granulator and then cut into uniform wet particles with a side-mounted high-speed crushing granulator knife.

CHARACTERISTICS

1. The machine adopts a vertical chamber cylinder structure and has a reasonable structure.

2. Inflatable seal drive shaft.

3. Fluidized granulation, granulation is approximately spherical, good fluidity.

4. Compared with the traditional process, the adhesion judgment is reduced by 25%, and the drying time is shortened.

5. Each batch is mixed for 2 minutes, granulation is 1-4 minutes, and the efficacy is 4-5 times higher than that of traditional processes.

6. Completed in the same sealed container, dry mixing-wet mixing-granulation, the process is reduced, and it meets GMP specifications.

7. The whole operation of the customized high-efficiency wet mixing granulator products has strict protection measures.

8. Two-speed motor and frequency conversion speed regulation are adopted for mixing and cutting so that the granulation is more uniform.
