The equipment of the ultramicro pulverizer has been maintained for 1000 hours once, 3000 hours twice and 10000 hours three times. (1) Check the appearance. All transmission parts and exposed parts shall be free of corrosion, and the surrounding environment shall be clean and tidy. (2) Check the transmission part. Check the technical condition of each component, tighten the loose components, adjust the fit clearance, check the wear of bearings and bearing pads, and check and replace the balance plate, ring and impeller., So as to achieve normal sound transmission, the anquan is reliable. (3) Check the lubrication.
